What is your return policy?All returned books:
- Must be returned in the original condition within 30 days of purchase.
- Must
include complete email conversations (please print all the pages)
regarding the return order/shipment. (Failure to do so will cause a
delay or denial of refund.)
- Must include the transaction # in the return package.
- Initiated by the buyer are subject to $20 re-stocking fees.
Buyer is responsible for the return item package.
Any damage caused during the return process is buyer’s responsibility.
